The Technical Operations Associate will troubleshoot staff inquiries ensure seamless account access assist in editing agency automations manage templates in AMS/CRM systems and verify complex Excel reports to maintain operational efficiency.

RESPONSILITIES.

Serve as the first line of support for staff technical inquiries including troubleshooting connectivity and system issues.
Ensure seamless account access and proper system functionality for staff and clients.
Assist in editing and maintaining agency automations.
Manage and update templates in AMS/CRM systems.
Verify and edit complex Excel formulas to ensure accuracy in operational reports.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
Support general operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas and data management
Familiarity with AMS/CRM systems or similar platforms
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills for assisting staff and coordinating with teams
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision

Prior experience in technical operations IT support or systems administration is an advantage
