A) Employee Engagement and Culture Building:
1. Lead the planning and execution of
employee engagement initiatives across organization.
2. Conduct pulse checks feedback sessions and engagement surveys; analyze results and implement action plans.
3. Drive events celebrations R&R programs cultural programs workshops and internal communication campaigns.
4. Build strong rapport across teams to enhance the overall employee experience.
5. Be a visible positive and approachable presence for employees.
b) Onboarding and Orientation:
1. Ensure a seamless high-quality onboarding experience from pre-boarding to confirmation. 2. Ensure a seamless pre-onboarding & onboarding experience & post onboarding support to new hires ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
3. Preparing and distributing onboarding welcome kits.
4. Auditing data and setting up employee profiles in internal HR systems; assisting with the coordination preparation and distribution of employee documentation.
5. Coordinate new employee orientation including HR policies company culture benefits overview.
c) Stakeholders & Partners Management:
1. Work closely with internal stakeholders including BU heads team leads HRBPs Admin and IT to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
2. Collaborate with leadership to shape engagement calendars culture initiatives and people practices.
3. Manage external vendors agencies facilitators and event partners for engagement activities workshops and events.
4. Build trust-based relationships across all levels ensuring clear communication alignment and timely execution.
d) Identify & Build Communication Channels:
1. Identify develop and manage multi-channel communication platforms to enhance employee awareness and connection.
2. Evaluate trends best practices and emerging technologies to improve communication effectiveness.
3. Create and manage communication formats such as newsletters announcements HR dashboards digital boards intranet pages and employee communities.
4. Partner with design/communication teams to maintain content quality tone visual appeal and message consistency.
5. Develop processes and guidelines for structured timely and transparent communication across HR and business units.
6. Track engagement analytics on communication channels and optimize strategies for better reach and impact.
