The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Project Field Officer to drive the execution of government projects. You will be responsible for implementation covering sales installation and ensuring smooth project delivery while maintaining strong coordination on-ground. This role demands frequent travel as per project requirements strong execution skills and the ability to build trust with farmers

Job Type: Full time

Location: North

Reporting to: Project team lead
Experience:2 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth on-ground implementation of government projects including installation service and field operations.
Conduct awareness meetings and demonstrations to generate farmer leads and drive sales conversions.
Build strong relationships with farmers provide continuous support and ensure satisfaction through after-sales service.
Act as a bridge between internal teams government officials and community stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
Maintain accurate field records track progress and share timely reports and insights with the project team.
