Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning

Manage cash flow working capital and fund planning

Oversee costing margin analysis and profitability by business unit

Support strategic and operational decision-making

Ensure strong financial controls and compliance

Handle international tax exposure where applicable

Prepare management reports and dashboards for the CEO

Coordinate audits statutory filings and regulatory requirements

Drive financial discipline across departments

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Finance Manager or similar leadership role

Experience in reputed organizations is mandatory

Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or equivalent

MBA in Finance preferred

Strong expertise in:

Budgeting and forecasting
Cash flow and liquidity management
Costing and margin control
Financial analysis and reporting
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Exposure to international taxation is a strong advantage
High level of responsibility energy and integrity
Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability

Technology & Tools (Mandatory)

Advanced Microsoft Excel

Financial modeling and data analysis tools

Dashboard-based reporting for top management

Comfortable using modern AI tools such as:

Microsoft Copilot
Ability to convert financial data into clear CEO-level insights
