Job Summary

Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and bookkeeping practices.
Proficient in preparing and analyzing financial statements.
Skilled in managing accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and bank reconciliations.
Experience in budget preparation cost monitoring and variance analysis.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP or similar) and MS Excel.
High attention to detail accuracy and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend process improvements.
Knowledge of tax regulations compliance requirements and government report submissions (BIR SSS PhilHealth Pag-IBIG).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.
High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
