DescriptionQualifications:
- With experience as a Certified Safety Officer 4(DOLE-accredited training). Minimum of 46 years of experience in occupational health and safety preferably in a BPO manufacturing or industrial environment
- Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health Engineering Environmental Science or related field
- Knowledgeable inHIRAC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment & Control)andJHA (Job Hazard Analysis)
- In-depth knowledge of local safety regulations OSHA standards and environmental compliance requirements
- Familiar withDOLE OSH standards toolbox meetings safety audits and incident reporting
- Experience in developing implementing and monitoring workplace safety programs
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments safety audits and incident investigations
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills >Excellent communication and training skills to conduct safety orientations and workshops
- Ability to enforce safety policies and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive detail-oriented and able to manage multiple safety initiatives simultaneously
- Good communication skills and can coordinate with engineers supervisors and workers
- Open to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
