Job Summary: 

Are you detailoriented and passionate about data accuracy Were looking for an experienced Preparer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and reliable ETL and data processing this role youll handle a wide range of routine data activities using established procedures and guidelines while also contributing to process improvements through your observations and insights.

Youll be responsible for performing prevalidation checks documenting exceptions for escalation and preparing draft inputs for senior review. This position offers the chance to deepen your knowledge of data processes build familiarity with clientspecific requirements and deliver accurate outputs with moderate guidance. Its a great opportunity for someone who thrives in structured workflows but also wants to grow into more complex responsibilities over time.

What youll do

• Youll prepare and process extracted data across routine ETL scenarios performing prescribed validation steps and ensuring timely accurate completion under established procedure
• Youll conduct prevalidation and consistency checks flag discrepancies and document exceptions for escalation supporting quality control and senior review
• Youll compile format and update recurring report inputs maintain reference files and organize draft components in line with clientspecific requirements
• Youll build working knowledge of client processes provide clarifications on routine datarelated questions and coordinate handoffs with adjacent teams
• Youll identify recurring issues share procedural tips and contribute to continuous improvement discussions while participating in training and team knowledgebuilding activities

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• You hold a bachelors degree in Mathematics Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Accounting Finance or a related field
• You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis with proven ability to handle large and complex financial data sets
• You have handson exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• You are skilled in ETL processes using SQL or Snowflake
• You possess working knowledge of Macro/VBA for automation and reporting tas.
