Job Summary
Manage production reporting billing documentation and client invoicing for major telecom infrastructure projects.
Streamline Utilities is a premier provider of infrastructure solutions delivering turnkey underground construction and splicing services across the U.S.
Were looking for a Project Manager / Billing Manager to consolidate field reports prepare client billing packages and track production for payment accuracy.
Collect and consolidate daily reports from Field Supervisors and Construction Managers
Track production against project targets and explain variances
Prepare billing documentation as-builts and change orders for client submission
Maintain accurate project maps logs and supporting documents
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely payment
Serve as a communication bridge between operations and client billing departments
Requirements
3 years of experience in wireline telecommunications (fiber optic construction underground and/or aerial) including project management billing and operational support
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Familiarity with technical drawings/maps and billing workflows
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Eligible to work in the U.S.
