Accountabilities:

  • Service Catalogue & Form Design: Lead end-to-end design of HR Service Catalog forms aligned to HR policies data privacy and accessibility standards; ensure consistent taxonomy and naming conventions per platform guidelines to drive adoption and clarity.

  • Reusable Design Patterns: Translate business requirements into scalable components (fields logic UI policies client scripts) that reduce duplication and speed time-to-value across the catalog.

  • Governance & Controls: Maintain governance over form logic validations dynamic behavior and routing rules; chip in to HRSD design standards and participate in platform governance (CAB/ECAB) to protect stability and compliance.

  • Testing & Quality: Define SIT/UAT plans test scenarios and acceptance criteria; manage defect triage and sign-off in line with change control and audit requirements to assure release quality and traceability.

HR Case Management Journeys & Lifecycle Events:

  • Configuration & Enablement: Configure case templates assignment rules SLAs and blocking issue paths; enable HR Journeys aligned to our operating model and service tiering for consistent colleague outcomes.

  • Lifecycle Events: Document and maintain end-to-end ServiceNow Lifecycle Event journeys (Onboarding Offboarding Internal Moves/Transfers) including triggers orchestration handoffs approvals and compliance checkpoints across HR Talent Acquisition IT Facilities Security Payroll and Workforce Management.

  • Operational Continuity: Support regression testing during platform upgrades; proactively identify automation opportunities (dynamic routing knowledge-based deflection) to improve experience and efficiency.

  • Run Support: Triage and resolve BAU HRSD tickets; develop knowledge articles and runbooks that strengthen colleague self-service and advisor enablement.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Experience & Performance Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI/ServiceNow to track form usage case volumes resolution times backlog health and colleague satisfaction (CSAT/ESAT) aligned to People Experience metrics.

  • Insights to Action: Provide data-driven recommendations and quantify outcomes (cycle time deflection rate automation coverage); present insights to HR Services leadership and platform governance forums to inform priorities and investments.

  • Compliance & Data Integrity: Support audit readiness and reporting ensuring appropriate access retention and data quality in line with policies GDPR and regional regulations.

Agile Delivery & Demand Management:

  • Ways of Working: Apply Scrum/Kanban to plan sprints run reviews and retrospectives and drive continuous improvement.

  • Backlog & Demand: Author clear user stories with acceptance criteria; prioritize the product backlog; manage demand and capacity in Jira aligned to quarterly planning and governance cadences.

  • Delivery Metrics: Track velocity throughput and lead time; forecast demand to inform resourcing and release planning.

Business Analysis & Collaborator Engagement:

  • Analysis Excellence: Elicit document and validate requirements; map end-to-end processes and identify simplification and automation opportunities for Lifecycle Events and core HR services.

  • Multi-functional Partnering: Serve as liaison across HR Services Talent Acquisition People Experience IT (Identity & Access End-User Services) Facilities Security Payroll and Platform Governance to ensure seamless colleague journeys.

  • Facilitation & Alignment: Lead workshops and participate in sprint ceremonies to align priorities scope and timelines; ensure traceability from business outcomes to configuration and release.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Proven capability designing ServiceNow HR Service Catalog forms aligned to HR policy data privacy and accessibility standards using consistent taxonomy and naming conventions

  • Hands-on experience creating scalable reusable components (fields logic UI policies client scripts) that reflect enterprise design principles

  • Practical governance experience maintaining form logic validations dynamic behavior and routing; participation in CAB/ECAB processes

  • Strong test leadership defining SIT/UAT plans test scenarios and acceptance criteria; managing defect triage and change control sign-off

  • ServiceNow HR Case Management configuration expertise across case templates assignment rules SLAs and blocking issues; enablement of HR Journeys

  • End-to-end documentation and maintenance of Lifecycle Events (Onboarding Offboarding Internal Moves/Transfers) including orchestration approvals and compliance checkpoints across multiple functions

  • Experience supporting regression testing during platform upgrades; identification of automation opportunities such as dynamic routing and knowledge-based deflection

  • Run support for BAU HRSD tickets; creation of knowledge articles and runbooks for self-service and advisor enablement

  • Dashboard design and maintenance in Power BI and/or ServiceNow for usage volume timeliness backlog and CSAT/ESAT metrics

  • Ability to provide data-driven recommendations with quantified outcomes (cycle time deflection rate automation coverage) and present to leadership and governance forums

  • Knowledge of audit readiness access controls retention and data quality aligned to GDPR and regional regulations

  • Proficiency applying Scrum/Kanban; sprint planning reviews retrospectives and continuous improvement

  • Backlog management in Jira; authoring user stories with acceptance criteria; demand and capacity management aligned to quarterly planning

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • ServiceNow HRSD certification and familiarity with Flow Designer IntegrationHub and platform scripting (e.g. JavaScript) for client/server logic

  • Experience integrating HRSD with identity and access management ITSM and payroll systems

  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and their application to form and portal design

  • Exposure to operating in regulated audited environments with strong evidence practices

  • Advanced Power BI skills (DAX data modeling) and experience designing CSAT/ESAT measurement frameworks

  • Experience with global HR operating models and regional data protection requirements beyond GDPR

  • Background in HR operations or people experience bringing practical insight to journey and case design
