Essential Duties and Responsibilities
自社パッケージシステム(LIMS)のプロジェクトをプロジェクトマネージャーとしてリードマネージするポジションです
国内の顧客を中心に研究開発品質管理など顧客の業務に合わせシステムの要件定義設計開発並びにテストを行いますデリバリー後も顧客の業務拡大機能拡張海外の拠点追加等変更に合わせ継続的にシステムの更新を行います
プロジェクトによりますがオンサイトでの要件定義等出張が発生する場合があります
LIMSとは研究開発品質管理などの分野で活用されているラボ情報管理システムです
Job Description
業務内容
弊社パッケージシステムのプロジェクト管理
顧客のプロジェクトへの期待を理解し状況に応じた適切なコミュニケーション
プロジェクトに関わる資料作成プロジェクト計画WBSスケジュール等
ローカルグローバルチームと連携してタスクリソース課題の管理
プロジェクト中に発生する問題やリスクの特定解決

複数のITプロジェクトマネジメント経験を有しお客様チームを含めプロジェクト全体を統括し進めていけるコミュニケーション力リーダーシップ

英語でのWeb会議プレゼンができる英語力

Key Responsibilities
- Project management for our packaged systems
- Understand customer project expectations and communicate appropriately according to the situation
- Prepare project-related documents (project plans WBS schedules etc.)
- Collaborate with local and global teams to manage tasks resources and issues
- Identify and resolve issues and risks that arise during the project
Required Requirements
- Experience managing multiple IT projects with the communication and leadership skills to coordinate and advance the entire project including the client team
- High communication skills for defining requirements with customers
- English proficiency sufficient for web conferencing and presentations in English
Desired Requirements
- Experience implementing packaged systems
- Experience implementing laboratory-related systems
- System design and development experience
- Understanding the business of quality control
- Knowledge of computer system validation
- Remote project management experience
- Certifications: PMP etc.
