Job Summary

Position Summary

We are looking for an exceptional individual with a growth this role you will have the dynamic opportunity to build a global business originating from Japanese OEMs (JOEMs). By supporting our overseas branches you will cultivate a broad cross-border network. Main Responsibilities

  • Take charge of Sikas activities for designated customers at a global level to propel the business forward.
  • Act as a trusted expert addressing customers true challenges and providing optimal solutions backed by deep expertise. (Professionalism)
  • Analyze customers strategies market potential and competitors activities.
  • Develop new business opportunities (short/mid-term) and formulate strategies for target customers. Challenge the status quo and introduce innovative approaches to proactively advance our business. (Drive Change)
  • Define control and track the OEM/OES account plan for profitable sales development.
  • Discover hidden possibilities to maximize the growth capabilities of both Sika and our customers. (Unlock potential)
  • Communicate proactively with regional counterparts to mutually support sales projects. Motivate colleagues across borders and functions collaborating seamlessly to achieve shared success and celebrate collective milestones. (Inspire & Win together)
  • Participate in overseas trips to Sika group companies for business meetings and training further cultivating a global perspective.

主な職務内容

  • 指定された顧客に関するSikaの活動をグローバルレベルで担当しビジネスを推進します
  • 顧客の真の課題に寄り添い高度な専門知識をもって最適なソリューションを提供します
  • 顧客の戦略や市場の可能性競合他社の活動を分析します
  • 新規ビジネスチャンス短期/中期を創出しターゲット顧客向け戦略を立案実行します 既存の枠組みにとらわれず新たなアプローチでビジネスを前進させる姿勢が求められます
  • 収益性のある販売発展のためOEM/OESのアカウントプランを策定し進捗を管理追跡します
  • 自身と顧客のビジネスにおける隠れた可能性を見出し双方のさらなる成長機会を追求します
  • 他の地域のSika担当者やR&DやOperation などのサポートファンクションと積極的にコミュニケーションを取り営業プロジェクトを相互にサポートします 国境や部門の壁を越えて周囲を巻き込みチーム全体で協力して成果を最大化し成功を分かち合います
  • Sikaグループ企業との海外出張を通じたビジネスミーティングやトレーニングの機会もありグローバルな視点を養うことができます

Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher (Degrees in Economics Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering are a plus).
  • Approximately 3 to 5 years of corporate sales experience handling automotive materials or chemical products at a manufacturer or trading company.
  • Having business experience related to BIW Interior NVH or JOEM/OES is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Native-level Japanese and fluent English communication skills required to accomplish daily tasks.

Location & Working Style

  • Aichi Prefecture (Highly flexible working arrangements and high discretion based on your residence and assigned customers).

応募要件経験スキル

  • 大学卒業以上経済学機械工学化学工学の専攻であれば尚可
  • メーカーまたは商社における自動車向け材料や化学品の法人営業経験目安35年程度
  • BIWインテリアNVH関連またはJOEM/OESに絡むビジネスに携わったご経験があれば尚可必須ではありません
  • 業務遂行に必要な日本語力および英語力(Must)
