Job Summary

To hear of the guests and establish quotes and negotiate prices confirming by written contracts
To work closely with the other sections and partner companies to ensure all details of the contract were delivered and guests depart satisfied
To work to update plans and tools to increase customer attraction
Planning and Management of bridal fairs and the other events. To participate the outside event
To maintain account and the other business details
To support to S&P Manager.
To prepare weekly monthly quarterly and annual reports as required
Answering emails phone calls and the guest who come to the hotel
Other duties as assigned

集客力アップのための企画やツールの更新作業
ブライダルフェアやその他イベントの企画運営外部イベントへの参加
アカウント管理その他業務管理
S&Pマネージャーのサポート
必要に応じて週報月報四半期報告年次報告書の作成
メール電話来客対応
その他指示された業務

Qualifications :

To have basic knowledge for sales and interested in the hotel industry as a whole
To think and make decisions on their own and report the results to their supervisor
Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and or relevant computer applications required.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times

マイクロソフトウインドウアプリケーションまたは関連するコンピューターアプリケーションを使いこなせること
