Responsibilities:
- Own the vision roadmap and execution for various products. This can include working on Platform/ Backend experiences API experiences data science models data engineering pipelines and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in other organizations while also displaying the ability to show up senior in frequent executive forums.
- Interface with stakeholders across Platforms Business Intelligence Data Science and Engineering Teams helping think through trade-offs in workflow implementations visualizations model approaches and user impact.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision-making test hypotheses and execute A/B testing to enhance our products. Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of your initiatives across business units and infrastructure.
- Analyze market trends competitor strategies and user behavior to inform product enhancements that keep Internet Brands competitive.
- Create and maintain product use cases requirements and wireframes.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required HCI Computer Science or MBA a plus.
- 7 years of product management experience ideally in backend platform ML or AI product areas.
- Hands-on experience building or delivering products that leverage LLMs ML models NLP or large-scale backend systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to inform prioritization.
- Experience conducting competitive research and user research for AI-driven products.
- A sustained track record of making significant self-directed and end-to-end contributions to large and impactful software projects.
- You have built complex products that take years of iterations to become great.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills both in large and small groups.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems with creative solutions while managing tradeoffs.
- Entrepreneur -- you have a strong bias for action and use compelling data-based arguments to convince others and generate progress with meaningful results.
- Durability and grit - sometimes solutions take creative thinking and multiple iterations while dependencies solidify. You try many different approaches to the right answer.
- Ability to write detailed specifications and vision documents that clearly articulate the why behind the problem.
