What Youll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily quarry production activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and guide the team in addressing operational needs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and quality.
- Promote adherence to safety policies and environmental compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production and maintenance goals.

- Ability to assess operational conditions and support decision-making in dynamic situations.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating tasks and engaging team members.
- Capability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on operational goals.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
