The Production Associate supports daily production operations within the metal foundry to ensure efficient workflow quality standards and production targets are achieved. This role assists with production planning scheduling inventory coordination shipping and workforce management while maintaining accurate operational records. The Production Associate works closely with production teams warehouse personnel sales and shipping departments to ensure orders are completed on schedule and operational processes run smoothly from start to finish in the following areas

Inventory & Materials Management
Production Documentation & Reporting
Workforce Coordination
Cross-Department Coordination
Safety & Compliance
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering Operations Management or related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience).
- 35 years of experience in manufacturing or metal foundry operations preferred.
- Experience with production scheduling inventory tracking and operational reporting.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP or production management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel Word Business Central Dynamics).

- Exposure to heat dust noise and heavy machinery.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hat safety glasses gloves steel-toed boots and hearing protection.
- May require standing walking and supervising production floor activities for extended periods.
