Internal Audit Senior Associate

We are seeking a Senior Auditor to join our team! This role is part of the FanDuel Group Internal Audit team which is in turn part of the Flutter Entertainment Group Internal Audit team. As a key member of our Internal Audit team this individual will help ensure that the internal controls are appropriately designed operationally effective and aligned with FanDuels objectives.

This position will workwith other highly motivated and engaged Internal Auditors along with key stakeholders in thebusinessto support in thecontinued evolution ofFanDuelsinternal control responsibilities for this role include:

• Supportin the overall audit planning process attending stakeholdermeetingsand providingvaluableinput into the audit plan
• Lead the planning preparation and completion of audit projects following defined quality standards and timelines.
• Set and promotehigh standardsof audit work and ensuring high qualityand influentialaudit reports are delivered consistently
• Communicateand report audit findings to business management
• Work as a partner to the business inidentifyingsignificant process and structure improvements toassistthe business in meeting its corporate objectives
• Maintain strong relationships within the teamauditeesand management
• Work with stakeholders to generate advisory project opportunities as part of audit projects
• Analyzelarge data sets to make informed conclusions
• This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business CAATs (Computer-Assisted Audit Techniques)
• Lead audits where data analytics testing is a key element of the review

THE STATS
What were looking for in our next teammate

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Minimum of2-3yearsofexperience in an audit function
• Good understanding of internal controls including proper design and implementation
• Experience in the gambling sector or a similar highly regulated environment would be an advantage
• Experience in planningmanagingand delivering audits from Big 4 or similar
• Strongaptitude for using data analytics tools and techniques would be a distinct advantage
• Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) to all levels of management andwritemeaningful reports and presentations
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results in line with audit timelines
• Ability to influence changewithmanagement
• Licensure: Must be able to pass required licensing as mandated by various state racing and gaming regulatory bodies
• Required to occasionally travel for work

The applicable salary range for this position is $94000 - $117500 USD which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience location business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical vision and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation including but not limited to cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
