We are seeking an Operational Manager for a permanent role based in Gqeberha Eastern Cape

Duties & Responsibilities

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 with security management & business admin experience
Proven operational leadership in the security industry
Strong grasp of security principles risk assessments and incident management
MS Office proficiency as well as security management software
Track record in KPI development for operational improvement
Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
PSIRA registration with any Grade A-E

The successful applicant would be responsible for but not limited to:

Drive operational excellence
Overseeing day-to-day operations to develop strategic initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
