We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join the IT departmentat TreasuryONE. This role is suited to a dependable and technically capable professional who takes ownership of their work and delivers consistent well-structured support in a corporate environment.
The position involves providing first-line technical support across devices systems and applications while ensuring stability security and reliability of the IT environment. You will work closely with senior IT staff gaining hands-on exposure to modern workplace technologies and developing your technical capability further.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional support for desktop laptop and mobile device issues
- Install configure and maintain Windows operating systems applications and hardware
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook Teams SharePoint and OneDrive
- Assist users with network connectivity printers and peripheral devices
- Perform basic account administration including access management and password resets
- Support endpoint protection patching schedules and routine software updates
- Log incidents accurately in the IT ticketing system and maintain clear structured documentation
- Assist with asset management and upkeep of hardware and software inventories
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT team members when appropriate
Experience and qualifications
- IT Diploma CompTIA A / N or equivalent certification (required)
- One to two years experience in IT support or a structured service desk environment (preferred)
- Solid working knowledge of Windows desktop environments and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms is advantageous
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Clear professional communication skills particularly when assisting non-technical users
