Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join the IT departmentat TreasuryONE. This role is suited to a dependable and technically capable professional who takes ownership of their work and delivers consistent well-structured support in a corporate environment.



The position involves providing first-line technical support across devices systems and applications while ensuring stability security and reliability of the IT environment. You will work closely with senior IT staff gaining hands-on exposure to modern workplace technologies and developing your technical capability further.



Key responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional support for desktop laptop and mobile device issues
  • Install configure and maintain Windows operating systems applications and hardware
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook Teams SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Assist users with network connectivity printers and peripheral devices
  • Perform basic account administration including access management and password resets
  • Support endpoint protection patching schedules and routine software updates
  • Log incidents accurately in the IT ticketing system and maintain clear structured documentation
  • Assist with asset management and upkeep of hardware and software inventories
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT team members when appropriate



Experience and qualifications

  • IT Diploma CompTIA A / N or equivalent certification (required)
  • One to two years experience in IT support or a structured service desk environment (preferred)
  • Solid working knowledge of Windows desktop environments and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Clear professional communication skills particularly when assisting non-technical users
