About the Role
As Product Owner you lead the delivery of initiatives that enhance claim experiences. Working with a crossfunctional squad you translate business priorities into actionable outcomes that improve value compliance and customer trust. This role contributes to a broader consumer insurance transformation with realworld impact.
This is a 12-month secondment position.
What Youll Do
- Lead and support endtoend delivery of DI Claims ensuring solutions meet customer needs regulatory obligations and business objectives
- Prioritise and manage the squad backlog balancing value risk dependencies and delivery capacity
- Partner with Technology Risk and Claims teams to define requirements acceptance criteria and release activities that support successful outcomes with our stakeholders
- Provide clear direction to the delivery squad maintaining focus on agreed goals and customer impact
- Monitor risks issues and dependencies using structured governance and transparent stakeholder communication
What Youll Bring
- Experience as a Product Owner or in a delivery role within insurance or financial services applying agile practices to achieve outcomes
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and acceptance criteria that guide delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills including working with senior leaders and crossfunctional partners
- Confidence using data insight and customer feedback to inform prioritisation and decisionmaking
- Familiarity with claims systems or enterprise platforms with the ability to collaborate effectively with technology teams
