About the Role
Were looking for a Product Manager to join our Global Expansion team supporting our growth into new markets.
This role will be focused on these core areas:
- Regulatory Requirements: Review complex regulatory and compliance requirements across markets and translate them into clear actionable product features and requirements.
- New Market Launches: Coordinate and drive product readiness for new market launches working closely with Legal Compliance Operations Design and Engineering to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
KYC & Onboarding: Help design and build robust scalable and reusable KYC and onboarding flows that support multiple markets while maintaining a strong user experience.
Youll work closely with Legal & Compliance (LNC) Responsible Gambling Engineering Design Data and Operations to help translate regulatory requirements into clear product requirements and support deliverybalancing compliance needs with positive user experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex highly regulated environments understands the intersection of compliance and product and can navigate ambiguity with a pragmatic outcome-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Help deliver product changes required for new regulated market launches working with Legal Compliance Operations Design and Engineering to ensure requirements are understood and delivered on time
- Support the delivery of KYC flows verification systems and compliance-related product features across multiple markets
- Contribute to and maintain a clear product roadmap ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business priorities
- Work closely with Legal & Compliance (LNC) and Responsible Gambling teams to review and translate regulatory requirements into well-defined product requirements
- Assist with discovery validation and delivery of responsible gambling and risk-related product initiatives
- Prioritise work in collaboration with stakeholders balancing regulatory timelines operational needs and user experience
- Collaborate with engineering design data operations and legal teams to deliver compliant high-quality product changes
- Document requirements decisions and trade-offs clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop an understanding of multi-market regulatory differences and how they affect product behaviour and implementation
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of product management experience
- Experience shipping high-quality products in regulated or compliance-heavy environments (financial services banking gaming)
- Understanding of KYC/AML processes and identity verification
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into user-focused engineering outcomes
Comfortable managing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Experience working and integrating with third-party vendors and documenting relevant processes
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced high-growth environment with ambiguity evolving requirements and cross-functional dependencies
