About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Claims Coordinator to join our Claims Coordinator team. Office locations are either: Brisbane Adelaide Sydney or Melbourne.
Reporting directly to the Manager youll be the key point of contact for customers throughout their property insurance claim journey. This role is fast-paced customer-focused and requires strong administrative capability to ensure claims are processed efficiently and professionally.
Youll work closely with clients internal teams suppliers and trades to keep every claim on track and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What youll be doingManage new claims from lodgement through to completion
Schedule estimators and coordinate site appointments
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and stakeholders
Update internal systems and client portals with accurate notes
Prepare quotes documentation and claim correspondence
Raise purchase orders and approve supplier/trade invoices
Facilitate contract amendments and scope changes
What youll bringStrong customer service and communication skills
Excellent administration and organisational ability
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Strong computer literacy and data entry accuracy
Previous claims experience (highly regarded)
Insurance or building industry background (advantageous)
