The role of the Product Specialist is to effectively manage the product life cycle of both existing and new solutions. This involves maintaining a broad knowledge of the base portfolio as well as staying informed about the external environment. The role supports the commercial strategy from a product perspective ensuring that the products align with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
The Opportunity:
Accountable for managing the product life cycle of existing solutions and for the successful implementation of new solutions.
Follow and analyse the developments in the market and translate market developments into the associated product positioning and be responsible for the necessary information provision.
Responsible for drawing up and monitoring the functional product portfolio and roadmap business cases launch plan and pricing..
Works closely with all colleagues to increase the valuable customer experience achieve mutual objectives and oversees day-to-day relationships with (selected) customers.
Be a conversation partner for Key Customers and Opinion Leaders and have joint customer visits with Sales colleagues when needed.
Prepare and organise product training for Sales and other colleagues.
Provide technical and or support expertise on the Roche digital Near Patient Care portfolio with demonstrations of products to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer solutions.
Supervising the preparation of the tender offer from the product side completing up-to-date product leaflets and quality certificates and providing scientific and didactic materials.
Who you are:
Understanding of the Marketing Ecosystem: Deep knowledge of digital marketing goals metrics and processes (e.g. Content Marketing Social Media Email Marketing Automation)..
Experience in the Diagnostics/healthcare market and commercial awareness is a plus.
Demonstrable experience in supporting external and internal stakeholders.
3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
Education: Relevant University Degree.
Experience in managing the product life cycle.
Ability to supply training for internal and external stakeholders.
Digital Vision and Solution Strategy: Ability to translate business needs into feasible scalable and cost-effective technological solutions
Proficient in Polish and English.
