Job Description:
A Sales Executive for Electronics Traderspromotes and sells electronic products focusing on building client relationships meeting sales targets and understanding market trends to grow business. Key duties include identifying prospects demonstrating products negotiating deals providing solutions managing client accounts via CRM and reporting sales performance to achieve revenue goals for the company.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales meet monthly/quarterly targets and maintain average margins.
- Client Management: Build maintain and grow relationships with existing and new customers (retailers distributors end-users).
- Product Expertise: Understand product features technical specifications and industry trends to recommend solutions to clients.
- Business Development: Identify new market opportunities generate leads (cold calling networking) and attend trade shows.
- Sales Process: Conduct product presentations negotiate terms prepare quotes and close sales.
- Reporting & Admin: Document sales activities update client profiles in CRM and prepare sales reports.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to support promotions.
- Experience: Proven sales experience ideally in the electronics or related industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal written and presentation skills.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to grasp technical details of electronic products.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
- Mindset: Customer-focused proactive and results-oriented.
- Acting as a liaison between the company and its market.
- Providing support information and guidance to clients.
- Staying updated on competitor activities and market trends.
- Representing the company professionally at all times.
