Global Travel & Expense Specialist

The Global Travel & Expense Specialist supports global T&E compliance at JDE Peets ensuring alignment with financial accounting internal policies and local requirements. The role focuses on maintaining and improving T&E systems processes and user-facing content to ensure compliance efficiency and a positive user experience.

The specialist owns employee-facing T&E documentation and training materials manages core T&E applications (SAP Concur) and works independently on improvement initiatives in close cooperation with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor T&E compliance across expense accounting travel bookings and HR integrations.
• Ensure accurate financial posting of expense claims and adherence to global travel policies.
• Manage and monitor core T&E systems (SAP Concur) and related master data.
• Maintain and update employee-facing T&E policies guidelines and training content.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in a T&E compliance or systems-related role.
• Experience with T&E systems preferably SAP Concur.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Independent solution-oriented and comfortable working in a global environment.
