As a Logistics Specialist you will be responsible for supporting us in operational tasks in the field of logistics documentation for our organization in Europe.

Your responsibilities:
- Createand approve overseas freight shipping documentation
- Check whetherlogistics providers issued documentation on time
- Secure regular information flow between all involved parties
- Work closely with Central Logistics and Planners Teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders on different levels inside and outside organization
- Use CI tools to improve existing processes and procedures.
Your profile:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree preferably Logistics
- Experience in Logistics or a related field is a plus
- Strong English skills (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working in an international team
- Good MS Office skills (SAP experience is a plus)
- Organized analytical and reliable with deadlines
- A team player with great communication skills.
We are hybrid and Flexible:
In Krakow office we work in a hybrid working model we expect you to be present in the office at least twice a week.
