About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and independent Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment cycle from role intake to candidate onboarding. This person will partner closely with hiring managers support business growth through strong hiring practices and help create a positive candidate and employee experience.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working autonomously wants to grow professionally communicates confidently with both business and technical teams and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
In this position you will:
- Own and drive end-to-end recruiting across assigned roles from intake and sourcing through offer and onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope align on candidate profiles and move searches forward effectively
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn referrals job boards and direct outreach channels
- Track key recruiting metrics and pipeline performance using data to inform decisions and improve results
- Conduct thoughtful recruiter screens to evaluate capabilities communication motivation and alignment
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience through clear communication strong process management and timely follow-up
- Draft refine and optimize job descriptions and postings to attract high-quality talent
- Build proactive talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term growth
- Support employer brand efforts and contribute to broader talent and people-related initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support hiring goals and business priorities
- Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting operations streamline workflows and raise the bar on hiring quality
What type of person are we looking for
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills for daily cross-functional collaboration
- Comfortable owning recruiting workflows end-to-end and driving execution with a high level of accountability
- Motivated to learn grow and make an impact in a fast-paced scaling environment
- Organized proactive and detail-oriented with strong judgment and follow-through
- Skilled at building trust and partnering effectively with candidates hiring managers and technical teams
- Data-driven with a proven ability to track metrics manage pipeline health and improve hiring outcomes
Skills and Experience needed or preferred:
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting with a demonstrated record of successful hires
- Strong written and verbal English skills with the ability to communicate clearly across teams and levels
- Ability to run hiring processes end-to-end with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Data-driven mindset with comfort tracking metrics monitoring pipeline health and using insights to improve outcomes
- Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates through direct outreach
- Ability to balance multiple searches and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong command of ATS platforms LinkedIn Recruiter and standard recruiting workflows
