This role involves translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions ensuring seamless delivery across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will act as a key contributor and mentor within the team driving process improvements supporting cross-functional projects and maintaining production integrity while collaborating with stakeholders and customers.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Job Description: Responsibilities: -
. Join the ServiceNow Order Management team
. Analyze and assess the legacy Amadeus tool for Airline ordering (functional and technical)
. Understand our current ServiceNow Order Management (OM) implementation
. Interact with experts on both sides (legacy and ServiceNow) to gather as is and define a to be
. Deliverable: define the migration strategy from the legacy tool (Order Online) to ServiceNow OM (steps prerequisites timeline constraints)
Profile
. Excellent analytical / assessment skills excellent communication and reporting
. Ability to lead autonomously and coordinate with different stakeholders (project mgt skills)
. Knowledge of Order Management process is a plus
. Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
. Understanding of technical concepts is required
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
