Develop implement and maintain AML models for transaction monitoring and risk detection
Perform model validation back-testing and performance tuning
Analyze large datasets using Python/R and SQL to identify suspicious patterns
Ensure models comply with regulatory and internal AML guidelines
Work closely with compliance and risk teams to improve detection frameworks
