The Mitigation Project Manager we need is an industry expert and organized problem solver who can help property owners put their lives together after disaster events such as a fire or flood. If you are an assertive leader have a natural sense of urgency and possess a high attention to detail youve come to the right place. You will be leading your teams as you work with clients to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the teams performance of tarping board up water mitigation mold remediation environmental services and carpet cleaning/re-installation
- Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide your professional opinion.
- Maintain inventory of clean properly stocked and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate as necessary in the on-call schedule.
- Highly experienced in the construction and remediation field
- Natural leadership skills.
- Ability to inspire the best performance from your team
- Willing to work overtime and unconventional hours if needed.
