WHAT YOULL BE DOING

As the Revenue Operations Manager you will play a critical role in bringing structure discipline and trust to how Jensen Infrastructure manages and forecasts revenue. You will partner closely with sales leadership to establish a strong rhythm of the business ensuring Salesforce is fully adopted data is reliable and insights are actionable.

This is a highly visible consultative role ideal for someone who enjoys influencing leaders translating data into strategy and driving change in a growing organization.

Reporting to: Director of Sales Operations

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

  • Owning and managing sales forecasting processes to ensure accuracy consistency and leadership alignment
  • Serving as the Salesforce subject-matter expert
  • Driving Salesforce data integrity governance and user adoption
  • Establishing and enforcing standardized reporting across the sales organization
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports using Salesforce and Power BI
  • Facilitating recurring weekly meetings with sales leadership to review forecasts pipeline health data quality and adoption
  • Partnering with sales leaders to create a disciplined predictable revenue rhythm
  • Translating business needs into clear insights that support decision-making
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Marketing and Leadership to support revenue growth initiatives

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 2 years of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience (Salesforce required; other CRMs not applicable)
  • Proven experience leading influencing and partnering with sales leadership
  • Strong background in forecast management and sales data management

Additional skills and experience that are highly valued:

  • Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI
  • Understanding of the construction lifecycle
  • Experience supporting or enabling sales teams in a growth or transformation environment
