Customer Support Specialist Swiss Market

Introduction

A global customer experience provider is seeking a Swiss German-speaking Customer Support Specialist for their modern office in Katowice Poland. In this role you will provide high-quality pre- and after-sales support for a premium consumer products brand. You will be part of a multilingual team delivering professional and solution-oriented service across various communication channels. Your Role

  • Customer Interaction: Handle incoming inquiries via phone email chat social media and contact forms.
  • Product Support: Provide detailed product comparisons share special offers and guide customers through the purchasing process.
  • Technical Assistance: Resolve basic technical issues and process warranty claims efficiently.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain a professional and friendly tone to uphold a positive brand image.
  • Data Management: Use internal systems and documentation to ensure accurate and reliable data handling.

Your Qualifications

  • Languages: Native or fluent in Swiss German (C1 level or higher) and proficiency in English (B2 level) for training and internal communication.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Technical Proficiency: Good computer skills including confidence with MS Office.
  • Personal Traits: Highly organized professional and friendly approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce technical support or customer service is a plus but not required.
