Our Consumer Collections MIS Systems Strategy and Analytics team is looking for experienced professionals to join us as a MIS Officer in Ortigas.
In this role you will be responsible for generating and distributing accurate periodic and ad hoc reports providing timely data insights to support the Divisions decisionmaking needs. It involves compiling and analyzing empirical historical data to identify trends and guide strategic actions. The position also includes mentoring and guiding fellow MIS Officers to ensure high-quality output and continuous capability development across the team.

What the role will entail
- Prepares an integrated database from the various data sources of the bank using spreadsheets and data programming tools to extract relevant and useful information
- Develops moderate to complex data processing programs and reporting tools using SAS or other similar software to efficiently generate standardized reports and easily capture quantitative data (including but not limited to Flowrates Was-Is Risk-based Dialer efficiency Vintage analysis SMS/Email/Chatbot Agency Productivity reports)
- Generates and distribute daily weekly monthly and ad hoc reports in a timely manner and validates the accuracy reliability consistency and completeness of the reports.
- Collaborates with various units in Collections and Risk Management to have a better understanding of the MIS reporting requirements
- Ensures compliance with the banks values culture and acceptable norms.
- Assist in maintaining an inventory for all MIS reports and conduct time-and-motion study to determine time spent per report. Inventory will also be used to measure KRA.
- Assist in quarterly reviews with MIS users to rationalize reports no longer used.
What were looking for
- Graduate of 4-year college degree preferably related to business management economics banking and finance statistics mathematics IT and related discipline
- Advanced knowledge on Consumer Credit Cycle consumer products: credit cards personal auto and mortgage loans and BSP regulations
- Advanced skills in MS Office SAS Python data analytics and project management
- Good communications skills (written and verbal)
