Required Education: High School Diploma or GED AND
- 12 months office clerical experience

- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and manipulate spreadsheets.

The position is the primary contact for online graduate student processes in the School of Civil Engineering and Environmental Science. This includes administrative needs for admissions enrollment course scheduling advising assessment and student records. Assists with processing graduate program modifications.
Job duties for this position include:
- Reviews online program graduate student applications
- Maintains online program graduate student data base containing student progress letters of recommendation transcripts as needed
- Schedules Graduate Student Services Committee meetings and provides minutes
- Serves on Graduate Studies Committee
- Assists with course and program modifications related to online programs
- Prepares and maintains online program course schedules
- Assists with online graduate program assessment
- Assists with online instruction contracts
- Updates remote work approvals for online instructors
- Assists with payroll administration for online program instructors and TAs
- Other duties as assigned
***This is an onsite position - 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday with occasional nights and weekends.***
