Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager / Product Owner / Feature Owner with strong thermal systems knowledge to support vehicle development programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC climate control or vehicle comfort systems and will work cross-functionally with hardware software validation and vehicle integration teams to deliver robust thermal solutions across the full vehicle development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive thermal system features (HVAC climate control cabin comfort thermal management) from concept through production.

Act as Technical PM / Product Owner / Feature Owner managing requirements milestones risks and deliverables.

Collaborate closely with hardware software validation and systems engineering teams to ensure end-to-end feature integration.

Manage and track program execution using Jira and Confluence including backlog grooming issue tracking and documentation.

Coordinate vehicle-level integration and validation ensuring thermal features meet performance reliability and regulatory requirements.

Lead cross-functional reviews technical discussions and status updates with internal teams and stakeholders.

Support system validation and testing activities working across HW/SW subsystems to resolve issues and drive closure.

Ensure alignment with the vehicle development cycle including design development integration testing and launch phases.

Communicate clearly and effectively with engineering teams leadership and external partners.

Required Qualifications

Engineering degree (Mechanical Electrical Automotive or related discipline).

5 years of hands-on experience in vehicle development programs.

Strong knowledge of thermal systems HVAC climate control or vehicle comfort systems.

Solid understanding of the vehicle development lifecycle including hardware and software validation.

Experience working in cross-functional automotive engineering environments.

Proficiency with project and issue management tools: Jira Confluence and Google Suite.

Excellent communication skills both technical and non-technical.

Strong organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
