Job Summary
Title: IT Program Manager Specialist
Location: McLean VA (5 days - Onsite)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Program Manager to lead change management drive stakeholder engagement and ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives within the Single-Family Digital Product Delivery organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented highly analytical and capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives while providing clear executive-level insights. Mortgage industry exposure is highly preferred.
Must Have Qualifications
- Execution-focused Program Manager with strong delivery ownership
- Proven ability to track monitor and report on complex initiatives
- Strong data analysis skills to generate actionable insights and identify trends
- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in program management tools
- Experience in both technical environments and mortgage domain
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support cross-functional teams delivering large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiatives
- Drive change management efforts ensuring collaboration and alignment across departments
- Track and manage business and IT initiatives analyzing complex datasets and trends
- Develop and maintain dashboards roadmaps budgets and executive reporting artifacts
- Translate complex information into clear concise executive summaries
- Perform strategic analysis and root cause identification recommending actionable solutions
- Create high-quality executive presentations using design and UX best practices
- Facilitate status meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of Program/Project Management experience
- Bachelors degree in Finance IT Business Information Systems or related field
- Strong experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work across multiple programs and departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with large-scale technology transformation initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Technology background

- Content strategy experience
- Familiarity with Agile Jira and SDLC methodologies
