Job Summary

(TPM) is responsible for planning executing and delivering complex technical initiatives across cross functional teams. The role ensures alignment between business goals and engineering execution while managing risks timelines and stakeholder communication.

Lead end to end delivery of technical programs/projects ensuring timelines scope and quality are met. Collaborate with engineering product and business teams to align requirements and execution plans
Identify track and mitigate risks dependencies and delivery blockers
Drive program planning milestones and status reporting to stakeholders
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum processes and continuous improvement
Strong experience in managing technical programs or projects end to end.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum practices
Ability to manage risks dependencies and cross team coordination
Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills
Experience working closely with engineering and product teams
Proficiency with project tracking tools (Jira Confluence MS Project etc.)
Experience managing large scale or complex technical programs
Prior exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems
Knowledge of product management concepts and customer centric delivery
Experience working in global or cross geography teams
Familiarity with Agile at scale SAFe or program governance frameworks
Strong ability to handle executive level communication and escalations
