Job Summary
License & Title Clerk
Are you an organized individual Do you pay incredible attention to detail Do you have prior experience as a license & title clerk at an automotive dealership Fields BMW in Northfield is looking for you. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of L & T experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and organizational skills.

- $20.00 $22.00 per hour DOE additional overtime hours may be required when the dealership is busy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the processing of all dealership state paperwork and submitting on time.
- Processing all payoffs and obtaining all dealer titles.
- Processing all registrations for new and pre-owned vehicles
- Processing all license plate issuing and transfers
- Maintain titles and MSOs for new and used inventory
- Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV
- Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory

- Previous experience

- Computer literacy
