What Youll Do
- Defend high-value general liability matters including:
- Motor vehicle accidents
- Premises liability
- Other tort claims involving bodily injury
- Handle professional liability defense including:
- Legal malpractice
- Broker and agent malpractice
- Miscellaneous professional liability claims
- Represent insured individuals corporations and self-insured entities
- Manage cases from intake through resolution including:
- Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Appearing in court and arguing motions
- Participating in trials and appeals
What Were Looking For
- 26 years of litigation experience
- Bodily injury or civil litigation experience preferred (not required)
- Criminal law litigators transitioning to civil litigation are welcome
- Active Georgia Bar license (required)
- Strong writing analytical and advocacy skills
- Desire for long-term growth and partnership
