Job Summary
Managing Attorney
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with one of Californias rapidly growing plaintiff firms. We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to lead a Saint Paul office as a Managing Partner. No upfront investment is required. As long as you can bring in cases the founding partners will cover all advertising and initial operating costs.
Ideal Candidate:
Oversee operations including hiring and managing staff (with HR support) overseeing cases and providing exceptional client service.
Lead a growing caseload of high-quality Minnesota cases and expand the practice further.
Collaborate with the Firms Co-Founders to drive business development and grow the Minnesota practice.
Ensure excellent case outcomes and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience.
An active member in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar.
Proven track record of successfully handling personal injury cases and strong client advocacy.
Exceptional skills in research writing and oral advocacy.
Strong leadership and management capabilities with a focus on building high-performing teams.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships.
Ambitious motivated and committed to long-term success.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary $120000 - $200000
Paired with profit-sharing opportunities.
