Job Summary
This job is with Qanmos Trainings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates BOQs and tenders for Fire & Safety projects
- Analyze drawings specifications and scope of work (Fire Alarm Sprinkler Hydrant Pumps Gas Suppression etc.)
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for estimation purposes
- Coordinate with engineering procurement and project teams for accurate pricing
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients
- Assist sales and business development teams with pre-bid and post-bid support
- Ensure estimates comply with NFPA local fire authority and client standards
- Maintain historical cost data and estimation databases
- Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising compliance
- Support management with budgeting and forecasting for ongoing projects
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 25 years of experience in estimation / costing (Fire & Safety preferred)
- Experience in Fire Protection Systems estimation is highly desirable
- Fresh engineers with strong technical understanding may also apply
