AIML Engineer

permanent position Position: AI/ML Engineer Hazen Technologies is a leading technology company that specializes in developing innovative solutions for businesses. We are currently seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As an AI/ML Engineer at Hazen Technologies you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. You will work closely with our team of developers data scientists and product managers to create intelligent systems that improve our products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and collect data required for model development - Design and build data pipelines to support model training and deployment - Conduct data analysis and perform feature engineering to optimize model performance - Monitor and evaluate model performance making necessary adjustments and improvements - Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies and techniques and recommend their implementation in our products and processes - Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders - Document and maintain code and models for future use and reference Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science or a related field - 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Java or C - Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or Scikit-learn - Knowledge of data processing and analysis tools such as SQL Spark or Pandas - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large complex datasets - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud is a plus At Hazen Technologies we value diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
