Our client Orange Tree Systems is looking for RPA Automation Engineer in Lahore.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer / Automation Developer / Intelligent Automation Developer to support the design development and deployment of automation solutions using the UiPath platform with a focus on healthcare operations. In this role you will contribute to digital transformation initiatives by automating critical workflows improving operational efficiency and delivering measurable business value. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities develop scalable solutions and support the successful implementation of automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

UiPath Solution Design and Development

Design develop and implement automation solutions using UiPath.
Build workflows reusable components custom activities and API integrations to support business and operational needs.
Ensure automation solutions are scalable secure and aligned with established standards.

Healthcare Process Automation

Identify and automate key healthcare workflows including processes involving EHR/EMR systems and related operational platforms.
Support the integration of UiPath automations with healthcare systems while maintaining compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
Contribute to the improvement of administrative and operational efficiency through automation.

Process Analysis and Technical Review

Work with business and technical stakeholders during process discovery and requirements gathering.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and automation designs.
Participate in code reviews and quality checks to ensure maintainability functionality and adherence to best practices.

Governance and Continuous Improvement

Contribute to RPA standards reusable assets documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support best practices in development deployment and lifecycle management.
Assist in strengthening the overall maturity and effectiveness of the automation program.

Qualifications and Skills

UiPath Expertise

Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio UiPath Orchestrator Computer Vision and advanced features such as AI Center and Document Understanding.
Experience designing and delivering automation solutions using UiPath.

Modern Development Approach

Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping resolve complex logic issues and improve development efficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Healthcare Domain Knowledge

Good understanding of healthcare operations and workflows.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR as well as compliance requirements including HIPAA.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java is preferred.
Experience with browser automation and testing tools such as Playwright or Selenium is an added advantage.

Experience

3 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
Proven track record of delivering automation solutions in enterprise or operational environments; healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Experience supporting automation projects from development through deployment is highly desirable.
