Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer with strong technical expertise in clinical laboratory diagnostic equipment to join our technical support team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have handson experience servicing and troubleshooting Hematology Analyzers (5Part) Immunoassay Analyzers and Fully Automatic Chemistry Analyzers.

This role requires a skilled biomedical or electronics professional capable of handling installation maintenance and troubleshooting of advanced laboratory equipment while ensuring minimal downtime for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install maintain and service Hematology Analyzers (5Part Differential)
• Handle technical support for Immunoassay Analyzers and Fully Automatic Chemistry Analyzers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory diagnostic instruments
• Provide technical support and training to laboratory staff when required
• Maintain accurate service records reports and technical documentation
• Travel to customer sites outside Lahore for equipment servicing and troubleshooting when required
• Ensure timely resolution of service calls and maintain strong client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Education: BS DAE or equivalent in Electronics Biomedical Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in servicing laboratory diagnostic equipment
• Handson experience with:
• Hematology Analyzer (5Part Differential)
• Immunoassay Analyzer
• Fully Automatic Chemistry Analyzer
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service visits efficiently
• Good communication and documentation skills
