Job Summary
Manage office administration and maintain accurate records and filing systems
Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence professionally
Prepare reports documents and general office communications
Coordinate meetings schedules and appointments
Maintain office supplies and assist with procurement processes
Support management and team members with administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric (administrative qualification will be an advantage)
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy including Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
