Job Summary

Quantum Insights is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Help Desk Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Help Desk Administrator you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal employees and external clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and enjoys helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to and resolve technical support requests from employees and clients via phone email or in person

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues including desktops laptops printers and other peripherals

- Install and configure software applications and updates

- Maintain and update user accounts and security permissions

- Monitor and maintain network and system performance

- Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement process improvements

- Document and track all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system

- Provide training and guidance to employees on technology best practices and procedures

- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends

- Participate in after-hours on-call support rotation as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues

- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus
