WHY DOES THIS POSITION EXIST IN CCO
As the Missionary Support Raising Manager you provide leadership direction and oversight to CCOs MPD culture systems and people. You serve missionaries by ensuring support raising is not an obstacle to mission but a means of participation in it: strengthening call clarity and confidence across the organization.
This is a role for someone who loves the mission thinks strategically leads others well and understands that excellent systems and strong people leadership directly multiply missionary impact.
WHAT DOES THIS POSITION DO FOR CCO
- Lead and oversee Missionary Support Raising MPD across CCO ensuring it is clear well-supported and aligned with the mission
- Shape and steward a healthy MPD culture forming missionaries to live spiritually healthy vision-driven and fully funded lives
- Provide leadership to MPD systems training and coaching ensuring consistency clarity and excellence
- Support and develop the Missionary Support Raising team offering direction accountability and formation
- Collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen missionary sustainability and multiply mission impact
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

- Deep alignment with CCOs mission values and evangelistic approach
- MPD Certified with experience building your own mission partnership team
- Demonstrated leadership experience in fundraising and ministry
- Strong strategic thinking and organizational leadership skills
- Ability to lead people with clarity accountability and pastoral sensitivity
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in training or adult learning is an asset.
- Understand Google Suite for data entry tracking and communication. Experience with or the ability to learn Google App Scripts is an asset.
- Experience with or able to learn systems like Raisers Edge (RE).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- All employees of CCO are required to participate in the mission of the New Evangelization within the Catholic Church and work toward the propagation of the Gospel. This includes taking the initiative to lead CCO Catholic Faith studies share the kerygma (through tools like the Ultimate Relationship booklet) and/or participation in the evangelization efforts of CCO including opportunities to participate in CCO Missions.
- Actively practicing Catholic in good standing willing to uphold Catholic moral teachings while leading a life that exhibits fidelity to the teachings of the Catholic Church. Therefore all CCO employees must be baptized Catholic.
- Maintain an active sacramental and spiritual life rooted in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ committed to personal prayer reading Scripture regular confession and Mass attendance
- Must be able to meet CCOs Responsible Ministry Policies
- Must be compliant with all applicable personnel policies
