Accountabilities
Define technology productsin conjunction with architectureBusinessand development teams.
High Technology understanding tointeract withhighly technicaltalents
Hight communication skills to translatecomplextechnical conceptsand land themin products understanding with retailbank specialistand backwards too.
It required a close relation withretailand product areas to refine therequirements and point to strategicSolution in alignment with business goals.
Participateinbusiness requirements exerciseandproductsdefinition to be aligned with technology platforms available.
Build and manage cohesive software architecture & data governance standards artifacts roadmaps and providing technical direction for the applications assigned to your portfolio
Ensure best practices are followed in design and development documentation and tools needed to support the various projects and existing production systems
Co-workwith 3rdpartiesand other teamsin IB orCanada todeliver solutionsaccording to specifications.
Ensureproduct compliance withessential bank standards including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework AML/ATF GlobalHandbookand the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
Support theSr engineeringmanagertobuild a high-performance environment andimplementsa people strategy that attractsretainsdevelopsand motivates the team (direct reports and indirect teams) by fostering an inclusive work environment communicating vision/values/businessstrategyand managing succession and development planning for the team.
