PMO Lead Real Estate & Strategy
Location: Bengaluru /Chennai (Onsite 6day working)
Role Overview
We are looking for a PMO Lead to establish and manage the Project Management Office drive governance and ensure consistent and efficient project delivery. The role involves close collaboration with Real Estate leadership and the Strategy Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish PMO processes governance and reporting standards.
- Manage the project portfolio including prioritisation resource planning and performance tracking.
- Monitor project risks issues and progress; recommend corrective actions.
- Drive process improvements and support capability-building across teams.
- Provide regular dashboards and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate with the Strategy Team to align projects with organisational objectives.
Key Requirements
- 810 years of project management experience including PMO or complex project leadership.
- Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools (MS Project Jira etc.).
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Ability to work on-site 6 days a week.
