THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a BDO Risk Production Support for an international project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY

By leading projects for an international Axians customer you can make your mark in the IT world.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a BDO Risk Production Support for an international project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Lead and coordinate the full incident lifecycle ensuring quick resolution and clear stakeholder communication
- Support root-cause analysis and help track recurring issues to prevent future incidents
- Execute and monitor change processes ensuring proper assessment testing and controlled implementation
- Contribute to operational reporting by collecting data updating dashboards and supporting KPI tracking
- Provide timely and accurate communication during major incidents ensuring consistent updates to all stakeholders
- Strong command of ITIL best practices ensuring efficient service operations and continuous improvement
- Basic understanding of data transfer mechanisms and integration flows using MQ CFT and APIs
- Foundational knowledge of financial concepts to support analysis and communication with business stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
