Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support to German-speaking customers via phone email and chat
- Assist customers with product-related questions service inquiries and account issues
- Resolve customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products services and procedures
- Deliver customer service in line with the companys standards and policies
Requirements:
- Fluent speaker of German (required)
- Good level of English (written and spoken) for internal communication
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
